Cloud · DevOps · MLOps

From monolith to cloud-native, with delivery you can trust.

We design, migrate and automate your platform end to end: microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD for Dev, QA and Production, observability, and MLOps/AIOps pipelines.

  • Vendor-neutral: AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem
  • Everything as code, reviewed and repeatable
  • Handover with runbooks, not lock-in

What we do

Services across the full delivery lifecycle

Pick one engagement or run the whole journey, from first assessment to a monitored production platform.

⚙

Monolith to microservices

Domain-driven decomposition, strangler-pattern migration, API gateways, service contracts and data-ownership splits, delivered in safe increments.

DDD · Strangler · gRPC/REST · Event-driven

☁

Cloud migration & infrastructure

Landing zones, networking, IAM, and lift-and-shift or re-platform moves, all provisioned with infrastructure as code.

Terraform · Ansible · AWS · Azure · GCP

↻

CI/CD, build & deployment

Pipelines that build, test, scan and ship automatically, with quality gates, artifact management and one-click rollback.

Jenkins · GitHub Actions · Argo CD · Helm

▦

Kubernetes platform

Cluster design, multi-environment namespaces, autoscaling, ingress, secrets, policies and day-2 operations on managed or self-hosted clusters.

EKS · AKS · GKE · Helm · Kustomize

☰

Dev, QA & Production setup

Consistent, automated environments with promotion workflows, test-data strategy, approvals and environment parity.

GitOps · Feature flags · Blue/green · Canary

⚡

Monitoring, alerts & observability

Metrics, logs and traces with actionable alerting, dashboards, SLOs and on-call routing so you hear about issues before users do.

Prometheus · Grafana · ELK/Loki · OpenTelemetry

⇄

Platform migrations

Move between CI tools, source hosts and runtimes without stopping delivery, e.g. Jenkins to GitHub Actions or VMs to containers.

Jenkins · GitHub · GitHub Actions · GitLab

✦

MLOps, AIOps & algorithm setups

Training and serving pipelines, model registry and monitoring, plus AI-assisted operations for noise reduction and faster incident response.

MLflow · Kubeflow · Feature stores · Drift checks

Migration approach

Incremental by design, so the business keeps running

Big-bang rewrites fail. We move one capability at a time behind a stable interface, measure each step, and keep a clear path back.

Plan your migration
  1. AssessInventory services, dependencies, data flows, risks and cost. Agree success metrics.
  2. PlanTarget architecture, migration waves, rollback plan and a delivery roadmap.
  3. DecomposeCarve out services behind a gateway, split data ownership, add contract tests.
  4. AutomateInfrastructure as code, CI/CD and environment promotion for every service.
  5. OperateObservability, alerts, runbooks and a handover your team can run.

Build & release

One automated path from commit to production

Each change flows through the same gates in Dev, QA and Production, so releases are boring and rollbacks are fast.

  1. CommitPR checks, branch policy
  2. BuildContainer image, SBOM
  3. TestUnit, integration, contract
  4. SecureSAST, secrets, CVE scan
  5. DevAuto-deploy
  6. QASmoke + e2e suites
  7. ProdApproval, canary, rollback
  8. ObserveAlerts, SLOs, feedback

MLOps & AIOps

Take models from notebook to monitored production

MLOps

  • Reproducible training pipelines and experiment tracking
  • Model registry, versioning and approval workflow
  • Containerised serving with autoscaling on Kubernetes
  • Data and model drift monitoring with retrain triggers
  • Algorithm and model setup: tuning, validation and CI for ML code

AIOps

  • Alert correlation and de-duplication to cut noise
  • Anomaly detection on metrics and logs
  • Automated runbooks and first-response remediation
  • Capacity and cost forecasting
  • Incident timelines and post-incident insights

Ways to work together

Engagement models

Assessment

A short, fixed-scope review of your architecture, pipelines and cloud setup, ending in a prioritised roadmap.

Project delivery

Defined outcomes such as a migration wave, a Kubernetes platform or a CI/CD rebuild, with milestones and handover.

Ongoing support

Embedded engineers or managed operations for monitoring, upgrades, cost tuning and release support.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we have to rewrite our application to use microservices?

No. We usually start with the strangler pattern: new or extracted capabilities run as services behind a gateway while the monolith keeps serving the rest. You migrate in steps, not all at once.

Which cloud do you work with?

AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, plus hybrid and on-prem Kubernetes. Recommendations follow your workload, skills and cost goals, not a vendor preference.

Can you move us from Jenkins to GitHub Actions?

Yes. We inventory your existing jobs, port them to reusable workflows, run both in parallel, then cut over once results match.

What do alerts and monitoring cover?

Infrastructure, application and business metrics, centralised logs and traces, with alert rules tied to SLOs and routed to the right on-call channel.

Do you only build, or do you also operate?

Both are available. Many teams use us to build and hand over; others keep us on for ongoing operations and release support.
